To apply for an Azerbaijan visa, a passport from an eligible country is required. Applicants should ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Azerbaijan.

Applicants whose passport expires sooner than 6 months beyond their intended date of arrival should renew the travel document before applying for a visa.

The e-Visa process is fully online. Applicants do not need to present documentation in person at an embassy or consulate and can instead simply upload an image of the passport biographical data page.

How long can I stay in Azerbaijan with an e-Visa?

The electronic visa is valid for 90 days from the date of arrival indicated. If the traveler does not enter Azerbaijan within 3 months, the permit becomes void.

After crossing the border, visitors can stay in Azerbaijan for up to 30 days with the e-Visa. The permit is valid for one trip to the country: to re-enter Azerbaijan at a later date, the traveler will need to get a new visa.
