What is the ASAN visa or Azerbaijan e-Visa?
The ASAN visa is an electronic visa for Azerbaijan. The online system was launched in 2017 to facilitate travel; visa applicants no longer need to collect documents in person from the embassy or wait in long lines at the airport.

Additional information about the e-Visa for Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijan e-Visa is electronically issued travel authorization that is permitting visits for up to thirty (30) days and is valid for a three (3) months’ period. It’s mandatory the visitor’s passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival in Azerbaijan.
To apply for an Azerbaijan visa, a passport from an eligible country is required. Applicants should ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Azerbaijan.
Applicants whose passport expires sooner than 6 months beyond their intended date of arrival should renew the travel document before applying for a visa.
The e-Visa process is fully online. Applicants do not need to present documentation in person at an embassy or consulate and can instead simply upload an image of the passport biographical data page.
All the information must be clearly visible, both black and white and color images are accepted.
